Such a pleasure to photograph Hazell Jacobs for the NYTimes and be taken to far away places in her magical garden visiting her collection of scarves. #nytimes #onassignment #scarves #HazelJacobs https://www.busybeehazell.com
Lockdown has made our family bond, wrapping us in a tight hug, though at times it feels like a boa constrictor’s slow squeeze. It has allowed my husband and me a glimpse into how our children approach learning and knowledge. We found them injecting humor into every available assignment that would allow it. Laughter, it seems, is a great route to education.
Very proud to share this piece. Fascinating to see how the different faith groups are adapting. Adjustments to worship made because of COVID19 might shape the way of prayer in years to come.
Starting this blog with some of my production from lockdown. Incredibly lucky to live in this amazing place in these unprecedented times. I wanted to thank my neighbours for taking part and sharing their slice of life experience of lockdown with me for this story. It was great opportunity to work again with the talented editor and photographer Enric Marti. Lovely chance to work with the AP team again, a place where I still feel very much at home.
